Yin Yang is a style of yoga that offers you the best of both worlds. Combining Flow & longer stretches to create an all around practice that will leave you feeling truly relaxed.

We will start off with some calming breath work before moving into vinyasa elements with moments of challenge aka Yang! As we draw to the close of the class, we will create soothing stretches for the body & soul that we will hold for longer, (2-5 minutes), aka Yin.
